Hello friends!
Hopewell is building a brand‑new volunteer team focused on hospitality, and we would love to have you join us. Each year we host a handful of special events—mostly on‑site luncheons—and we’re looking for people who enjoy creating warm, welcoming spaces.
If you love hosting, serving, decorating, or simply making people feel cared for, would you consider joining us on our new Hospitality Team?

Just 4–5 events per year
Baby Bottle Ambassador Luncheons — February & April
Ministerial Luncheon — May
Open House — May/June
Annual Gala — November
You do not need to be available for every event—come when you can!
✨ What You’ll Do
Our Hospitality Team helps with:
Decorating and room setup
Shopping for food
Food prep & cooking
Serving with a smile
We’re hoping to gather 4–5 wonderful volunteers who will work with our team to help create beautiful, welcoming events that support the life‑changing work of Hopewell.
