Why don’t I post progress pictures of my clients?

Because their progress isn’t measured in pounds or inches.

The real transformation happens outside the frame. My clients are doing more than just changing their bodies—they’re changing their lives.

They’re getting strong, building resilience, and learning to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.

They aren’t just reframing their story with health and fitness—they’re completely rewriting it.

And that’s a story worth sharing, without a single picture.

💡 3 Things I Wish I Knew as a Beginner in the Gym:

1️⃣ Quality > Quantity — You don’t need 10+ exercises for a “good” workout. Stick to 4–6 movements and master them.

2️⃣ Compounds are QUEEN 👑 — Squats, deadlifts, presses, rows… these will always be the foundation.

3️⃣ Consistency beats novelty — Stop hopping from program to program every week. Stick to your plan for 6–8 weeks.

👉 Keep it simple. Do it well. Stay consistent. That’s where the results come from.

✨ Eye update! ✨

Trust me there’s a reason for this update.

Those that know me, know I’ve struggled quite a bit the past several years with contact lenses, dry eyes, irritation, straining, etc. Most of the time my clients see me in my glasses.

This morning’s appointment gave me some answers + a new game plan.

👀 Mild astigmatism in both eyes
👀 Dry eyes, clogged ducts, inflammation = contact lens struggles
👀 Possible link to Ehlers-Danlos / hypermobility?

The plan moving forward:
* Trial new contact lenses
* Prescription eye drops 💧
* Daily hot compress 🔥
* Omega 3’s for extra support 🐟

At first my reaction was: ugh, more $$$, more steps, more change.
But then it hit me—this is exactly what I ask my clients to do: invest in their health and embrace new routines that help them feel better long term.

Reframe → I’m not adding stress, I’m adding support.
💡 Health is worth the investment.
💡 Routine changes = energy & comfort back.
💡 Bonus: cute new frames incoming. 😎
