Happy New Year
I spent some time journalling, in candle light, reflecting on the past year.
Not an easy year, there was challenges, loss and heart break.
However, after reflecting, I was reminded of the many great things that happened.
I moved my office...twice!!
I can't wait for you to all visit my new space!!! Stay tuned for workshops and events to come.
I completed Usui Level 1 & 2 Reiki.
I completed Holy Fire Level 1 Reiki.
I started offering Reiki Healing in my practice.
I am now a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner.
All the travel opportunities I had working throughout the Thompson Nicola Region with the FNHA massaging at wellness events.
Here are a few magical moments that happened in 2022:
Massaging clients who have never been massaged before, and they LOVED it!
Clients thinking I have magic hands!
Massaging clients who have been massaged before, but their experience was bad and they said they would never try massage again, yet they trusted me and felt safe with me, so they got a massage and the LOVED it. They felt healing on so many levels.
Massaging clients who have gotten many massages and them telling me that the massage I gave them was the best massage they have EVER had.
Having a client tell me how much they appreciate my massage, my healing space and how much they appreciate me.
When my child says, mom, please do reiki on me.
During a reiki healing session a client connected with her passed grandmother.
When clients can physically feel the reiki healing.
That time I placed my hands on a clients head during a reiki healing session, and they immediately felt a warm, hot flow to an injured area of their body...and the heat/warmth/energy stayed there for most of the session...and after the session their injured area was pain free!
When I take time to remember that in my early 20's I was called/guided to learn massage. And that every time I get a beautiful opportunity to work on someone it is the most peaceful, grounding, energy giving experience for me.
Remembering how blessed I am to do the work I do.
Thank you for supporting me and my small business.
Sending so much love,
Jodi
