2. Yogi 1/wk
I have been so out of routine with travelling the past month & I feel I am missing Yoga. I’ve been so sore with so much sitting, so light stretching is called for & I am craving progression in my poses, simply because it brings me pure joy + gratitude to move my body in free flow.
🎃 Nutrition
1. Fuel myself when I am hungry + until I feel satisfied.
Progressively I have been building a safe relationship with eating more in a day, utilizing + trusting my intuition to what feels good in/for my body & educating myself on integrative alternatives to support my wellness on a cellular level.
🍄🟫 Lifestyle
1. SLOW
Removing the rush from every day life + encouraging serenity for living present in every moment as a human being.
2. SOBER
I have come so very far over the years in reaching sobriety + I am so very proud to say so.
I drank + smoked from a young age while dabbling in new things & substances. I quit drinking coming on 4 years ago on Boxing day of 2020. I quit smoking coming on 3 years ago on June 13th 2022. I dabbled on life or death with substances for the final time coming on 5 years ago on June 12th 2020. From there, I’ve ridden of every pharmaceutical my body began to depend on to survive endometriosis. All the while, ma*****na was my #1 dependant to numb the pain from endo + dull the noise of this busy overwhelming world + to (what I thought was) hugging the fight, flight & freeze responses I was living every day with.
It’s a blessing to get to know yourself & astonishing what you can accomplish in a day!

After years of abandonment issues stemming from previous councillors I have found my jive, my therapist, my professional person.
