Soul Change Yoga Soul Change is a boutique studio which offers unique yoga & meditation series, reiki sessions & trai My classes are multi-level, meaning Anyone Welcome!

I teach classes in Kamloops, for a variety of groups, from pre-teens to athletes to office workers. I teach a combination of styles, mainly focusing on Gentle, Hatha and Vinyasa. I also bring yoga to the workplace to help improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day. I also facilitate Retreats a few times a year from the Cariboo to the Okanagan.
