We asked Kristin some questions about her fitness journey with us at MC, see the details below 👇🏻
✨What was your main motivation behind achieving this accomplishment?
I wanted to be strong/fit enough to continue Irish Dancing, even though I was over 50. Plus I wanted to address those neglected areas (i.e. triceps) that were getting flabby. MC was the perfect solution!
✨How would you describe your fitness journey in one word or phrase?
Commitment. I’ve made exercise a part of my daily routine and stick to it!
✨How do you want your fitness story to inspire others?
Any age is the perfect age to start BARRE. I’m stronger, more toned and more flexible now than I’ve ever been, thanks to GREAT instructors at MC.
✨What’s one physical task that used to be difficult but now feels easy?
Goodness, how to choose….probably yard work ( weeding, hoeing, shoveling, etc). I used to get so stiff & sore that I’d be crippled for days. Not any more!
