In this transformation, I focused on gently restoring volume to the medial cheek to create subtle lift and provide structural support to the under eye. Notice the improvement in under-eye darkness from the before to after — this is the power of cheek support.

For the lips, I used 0.75 syringe of RHA 3 to achieve increased upper lip height which was the client’s goal. A slightly firmer filler allowed me to build vertical support and enhance shape with precision. There is some swelling present, which will settle over the coming weeks, leaving a soft, balanced, and natural looking result.
