Doctors are now recognizing chronic inflammation as the link between many debilitating diseases. Chronic inflammation is very different from acute inflammation. Chronic inflammation is long-term and occurs in “wear and tear” conditions including osteoarthritis and autoimmune diseases such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, and Crohn’s Disease.

Try standing with your hands on your head and now lift one foot. Close your eyes. Stay that way for 5 minutes.
Feel the different muscles in your foot, your calves, your thighs, your torso self adjust while trying to keep you standing up right.

Life is a balance. Sometimes you need more alone time, sometimes you need to be at work more, sometimes you need to spend more time with the ones you love.

Balance.

I clear the bad energy I store in my body daily.

We stuff so much of our stuff that it builds energy blockages in our body. Energy can not flow easily if we are blocked.
