This class was truly one for the books 🤍
It was Kristina’s very last class at the studio as she steps into some exciting new beginnings. We are so incredibly happy for her, and of course so sad to see her go. She has left such a beautiful mark on our community and will always be part of our Oxygen family.

And on top of that, this class also marked Dave’s 1,999th class 😮🔥 If you see Dave around the studio over the next few weeks, be sure to give him a huge congratulations.

Moments like these are what make this community so special 🫶

✨ This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later ✨

Today we celebrate our cherished Val on her last day teaching in Kamloops. We’ve been so lucky to have her on our team for almost 4 years (and she’s been a beloved part of this community even longer 💙). Her steadiness and warmth that she has brought to her Wednesday evenings will leave a lasting impact.

Val, we wish you all the best as you head back east to soak up every precious moment with your grandbabies. You will be so deeply missed here, but your energy, love, and light will always be part of Oxygen Kamloops.

And don’t worry… Val will be back for pop-up classes when the stars align ✨🌙

Reminder!
Back to back classes at 5 & 6 am are not permitted, these are our most popular times and it is fair to only book 1. This is why the format is duplicated to allow for others to enjoy their morning movement.

If you attend the 5am and are also registered for the 6 am, your registration will be bumped to allow space for the waitlist.

We are 5th overall for fundraising in Kamloops 💕 And have a team of 28 amazing people joining us for this incredible cause!
