As a solopreneur, it is truly an honour to be recognized among many large businesses & individuals who I admire.

Same life. Higher standard.

Every woman in this post have one thing in common:
They stopped negotiating with themselves.

No more “I’ll start when things calm down.”

I've worked with hundreds of women and spoken to thousands. I've been doing this for decades. The common theme is to increase energy, strength, endurance, fitness and lose weight.

You can use all the supplements in the world....

Try every diet.... 1200 calories, dropping food groups...

Every workout trend... the HIT, pilates or bootcamp classes... endless cardio....
...Go to every seminar, counsellor, hormone/thyroid treatment, naturopath.....

Most of the weight women see on the scale during the holidays is not fat gain.

It’s water, inflammation, glycogen refill, sodium, alcohol, and stress hormones doing exactly what they’re designed to do.

Fat gain doesn’t happen from one Christmas dinner.
It happens after — when women panic, skip meals, drop protein, stop lifting, and try to “burn it off.”

That’s why I don’t coach holiday weight loss.
I coach metabolic protection.
