If you haven't been in to InspireHealth at 243 Seymour Street in Kamloops Square yet, it's time. All services are free to cancer patients recently diagnosed, currently in treatment or post treatment as well as their caregivers. Unfortunately, we know that you know someone going through their own unique cancer experience. Please share with them that these services are here. At Kamloops Cancer Supportive Care Society we are working to ensure no one feels alone in their diagnosis. Cancer doesn't have to be as isolating as it has been in the past.

Supportive care is known to improve cancer outcomes and also takes pressure off our already strained health care system by reducing emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

InspireHealth is the only community organization in BC that provides free supportive care for patients with any type and stage of cancer - right from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.

Thousands of people rely on our services every year and demand continues to grow. With 35,000 cancer diagnoses in BC this year and over 200,000 living with the disease, support is needed now more than ever.

February In-Person Drop-In Classes in Kamloops BC

Our friends at InspireHealth are pleased to offer the following FREE in-person drop-in classes at our Kamloops InspireHealth Centre, starting February 12th.

Led by our expert clinicians, all classes are designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Mindfulness Meditation - Mondays @ 11:00am

Nutrition Workshop - Tuesdays @ 11:00am

Strength & Stretch - Wednesdays @ 9:30am

Tea & Group Conversations - Thursdays @ 11:00am

Orientation Sessions - Fridays @ 11:00am

No Registration Required, though they do ask that you complete an Orientation prior to joining [there will be someone on site to ensure your safety before each class as well].
