A message I channeled last week during class and have made it the theme for this week ❤️.
When going through transition and new things sometimes it can be hard to make the thinking mind take a backseat, but it is an important reminder, in order for us to experience new experiences fully, and all experiences for that matter we need to allow ourselves to be present, to observe without judgment and give ourselves permission to embrace the experience as it unfolds, letting go of expectations of outcomes.

Good day! It's been a while, but I'm so happy to be back teaching over these last couple of weeks. We have lots of new exciting classes starting up next week! Our first class will be focused on the theme of communication of the body and how we can unify our mind, with our body and breathing to allow us to slow down and be present.

We still have spots available for our Hike and Yoga Class. We need four more people for this class to run 💕. It's one of my favorite classes where we get some beautiful fresh air and feel refreshed and ready to take on the week after a relaxing evening.
