Paying a living wage is one of the most meaningful ways we support our team and strengthen the communities we serve. It reflects our commitment to:

✔️ Being an Employer of Choice
✔️ Transparency & Integrity
✔️ Person-Centred Values

We also support a healthier work–life balance by continually improving our practices — including moving away from 24‑hour shifts so our team can rest, recharge, and show up safely.

By aligning with Living Wage BC, we’re joining a movement that reduces financial stress for families and helps build healthier, more resilient communities.

Every step toward a living wage creates a stronger, more inclusive future for everyone.
