Bliss Float Centre offers Floatation Therapy , also known as Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy (REST) is a practice where you enter our float cabin, which is filled with approximately 10 inches of water heated to skin temperature and 1000 pounds of epson salts. The density of the water allows you to float effortlessly. With the door closed, the float cabin is dark and sound proof, offering the perfect environment to rest and rejuvenate for 90 minutes.

Why should everyone float? Well, the list of benefits of floating is very extensive. Pain relief, reduction in stress and anxiety, faster athletic recovery and comfort during pregnancy are just a few of the benefits. Floating allows your whole body to rest, rejuvenate and heal. The deeply relaxing float environment gives your mind an opportunity to slow down. When you are in a deeply relaxed state of mind, your body reduces stress hormones, and naturally increases the production of your ‘feel good’ hormones. The combination of the physical relaxation and emotional and mental relaxation is what creates that ‘post float glow’.
