Notice to patients: Starting November 25th, Dr. Mike Rumpel will be covering our practice for one week while Dr. Fraser is away on holiday. He will be in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2 - 5:15pm and Friday from 8am - 12pm. Ronda will be in the practice every morning to take phone calls and book appointments as per usual. Last minute appointments are still welcome during the hours Dr. Rumpel is available.

Mike Rumpel has been a successful chiropractor for 23 years. He currently resides in Lake Country, acting as a locum for numerous clinics. He and Dr. Fraser's professional respect and friendship span 10 years. You are in very good hands with a wonderful chiropractor!

Dr. Fraser returns to regular office hours starting at 2pm on Monday, December 2nd. If you want to book an appointment, please feel free to call 250- 314-9890!

It's back to school season! If you are finding that the stresses of end of summer tasks and rushing to get the kiddos out the door has you feeling a bit out of balance, contact us to help you get things back in alignment. We would be happy to help get you back into top form for back pack carrying, camper cleanouts and any other tweaks that the onset of fall may bring.

Now that the weather is nicer and summer is upon us, we hope everyone is enjoying some outside time.

Just a quick note to let you know of an upcoming office closure. Beginning July 29th at 10:30am our office will be closing until Monday August 8th at 8am for holidays.

If you are looking to get in for an adjustment either the week before we close, or the week after, please let us know so that we can find the best time to suit your busy summer schedules. Spaces are filling up quickly!

We look forward to seeing everyone and hope you and your families have a safe and happy BC Day long weekend.
