Join our team!! We have 2 openings for a Foot Care Nurse, either part-time or full-time. A Certificate of Completion in an Advanced Nursing Foot Care course is a definite asset for this position.
There is also an option to train with Whole Health Care, as a Foot Care Nurse - successful candidates need to be an RN or LPN with a passion for helping clients in a private health care setting.

We've been thinking about our best advice for organization in our business, and it isn't a system or a set of procedures. It really comes down to having the right team.

Even though we started out with a single Foot Care Nurse, we still chose to find the right people as we grew. Today we have a team we are very proud of, as each member has their own unique skills and abilities that keeps our business running like a well-oiled machine!

The first tool we bought was a Dremel rotary tool. Do we still use them? NO!!

Ten years ago when we opened our doors for business, this was the recommended tool for callus care. Today we use podiatric drills with dust vacuums and adjustable revolutions (RPMs), instead of wood-working tools.

If you weren't aware, Nursing Foot Care doesn't have national standards as the requirements for safe foot care are different in each province. Luckily, we now have the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses (CAFCN) that has implemented national competencies that every FCN can follow.

Since feet are not the same as wood, and since we are always following the highest standards for safe foot care, we no longer use Dremel rotary tools (and haven't for many years).

Throughout our 10 years of business we've definitely seen some bad days, and some bad moods. It's hard to be in customer service and never encounter a client that's feeling discouraged. Our world is ever-changing and even the weather puts a damper on our spirits.

We definitely feel for our clients. We have a very special relationship because we often get to be their sounding board, and it's something we don't take for granted. Part of our role as a health care provider is to help our clients get back on track, physically, mentally, and emotionally. We love being a part of your wellness, and we will always look for the sun in your storm 💛

"I feel so much more confident".

This is the kind of result you can achieve with Vacuum Therapy Body Sculpting. Her change was subtle, but it was enough to make her feel great about her tight-fitting jeans! We know big bums are fashionable these days, and if you choose surgery as your option that is great. Most of us don't have the budget, or the time, to take on a project like that. Luckily a peach🍑booty is achievable on your lunch hour, once a week.

As a nail fungus infection progresses, nails often become thickened, crumbly and misshapen. Although fungus affects the appearance of nails, it actually lives on the layer directly beneath the toenail. This makes it difficult to treat as the treatment products work best when they can pe*****te the nail.

There are many options for treatment on the market, from topical applications to internal prescription medications. The downside? A treatment product only needs to be 55% effective sold to the consumer. 😕
