MEN GET FILLER TOO | Structure, balance, and good facial support aren’t gendered (and honestly, the confidence boost doesn’t hurt either). For this patient, we used 4 syringes over 2 visits:
First round: We added support to the cheekbones and mid-face — the areas that create lift and keep the lower face from looking heavy or tired.
Second round: Two weeks later, we added subtle filler to the smile lines (the lines that run from the nose to the sides of the mouth) and fine-tuned the cheeks to even out natural asymmetry.

CUPID AIMED. I REFINED. | This patient came in for her 5-month maintenance, and instead of chasing more volume, we chased balance. Her left cupid’s bow sat slightly lower — totally normal, but easily refined with the right technique. Using a half syringe of Revanesse® Kiss™, I focused on symmetry, a subtle vertical lift through the cupid’s bow, and of course, hydration.

FIRST-TIME LIP FILLER 101 | If you’re new to lip filler, here are a few things I always tell my first-timers:
1️⃣ Start small. Lips can only stretch so much. A gradual build looks more natural and ages better than going all-in on day one.
2️⃣ Expect swelling. Day 1 is not the final result. Give it 1–2 weeks and things settle into their actual shape.
3️⃣ HA fillers are reversible. Yes, it’s safe. Yes, it’s predictable. Yes, we can tweak as we go.

THAT’S A WRAP ON 2025 | To everyone who let me poke their face… or their arm for an IV… or who managed to get through their visits without a single needle (honestly, congratulations)—thank you. Seriously. Between cosmetic treatments, naturopathic visits, IV drips, iron optimization, chronic joint pain, and hormone support, it’s been a big, meaningful year of helping people feel good inside and out.
