🌸 March is when the earth begins to whisper of renewal and gentle strength.🌸

🌸 March Yoga Calendar 🌸

🌸 60-minute Restore Sound Bath — Last Wednesday of the month, 7:15 pm. Please remove yourself from this class if you can’t attend as it fills up fast.

🌸 Pop-up Buti — Last Saturday of the month, 9:00 am. This class is upbeat, energetic, and lots of fun.

🌸 Classes are filling up! Please sign up ahead on the Mind Body App, and if you can’t make it to class, kindly remove yourself from the class list so someone else can enjoy practice.

🌸 Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get set up — no late arrivals, as the door locks when class begins.

🌸 Only bring the essentials into the hot room and be mindful of mat placement under the sticker.

🌸 No talking in the hot room — it’s a meditation space.

🌸 Please don’t attend classes sick — it’s unsafe to be in the hot room if you’re not feeling 100%.

February reminds us to soften ; to open our hearts, release what’s heavy, and meet each moment with warmth and grace

❤️ Family Day Classes February 16th-
9:00 am Hatha and 5:30 pm Flow

There’s always room to grow! All Levels. This will be a fun opportunity to explore something new with supportive and knowledgeable instructors.

Date: Sunday March 1st 1:00pm - 3:00pm in the Studio
Price : 50$

Are you ready for your next class?

Here’s some tips to come prepared for class

- Sign up for classes on Mind Body App. If you’re unsure how to use give us a call. We can help you sign in or help you with the App
-Bring your own water and yoga mat if you have one (if not we have you covered) best to hydrate well before and after hot classes
-Wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in
- Eat something light 30-60 minutes before class
- Give yourself time to arrive so you don’t feel rushed. 10-15 minutes is perfect
-Leave anything you don’t need in class in the lockers or cubbies. No Phones in the Hot room
- Grab props- blocks or straps, it’s better to have and not use then need and not have!
- Set your mat up under a placement sticker, the middle row is best for hearing and seeing

Most of all arrive with an Open mind! There’s so many benefits to yoga, and hot yoga. Mind, body and spirit.

New class for the New year ✨

Gentle Hatha class is a beautiful way to slow down and re connect. All levels relaxing unheated class, perfect if you’re looking for a slow Sunday morning with mindful movement, steady breath, and the space to simply be. The postures will be mostly done from the ground. Deep stretches with time to let your body release tension and stress.

This class is not as hot as others, it will be warm from the previous class. Wear comfortable clothes with layers to adjust for comfort in unheated classes.
