Courtney is a Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience in healthcare, bringing a diverse skill set that spans a wide array of nursing specialties. As a graduate of Thompson Rivers University, she has worked within various facets of healthcare and is now excited to expand her expertise in IV therapy and nutrient injections.

With a passion for health and fitness, she is dedicated to supporting others in their journey toward optimal wellness. As a proud mom, she brings a caring and compassionate approach to both her professional practice and her family life.

HUGE WIN FOR CHERYL!! 🥳🦴💪

Cheryl Tuira got a bone density scan that showed osteoporosis in her hip and femoral head — and borderline osteoporosis in her spine. Even though she had always been active, she realized what was missing: dedicated strength training.

That wake-up call led her to Dr. Carlee, who’s passionate about using strength training as real treatment — for bone health, injury prevention, confidence, and long-term vitality.

Cheryl started with 1-on-1 sessions to learn how to lift safely and effectively, building strength through guided progressive loading. From there, she began training on her own with regular check-ins with Carlee — and now she’s even jumping into TCSC classes too! Her most recent scan?

She’s officially OUT of the osteoporotic range.
And she was beaming when she got the news. So was Carlee.

At age 56, Cheryl hopes her story inspires others to start strength training — no matter your age or starting point. It’s never too late to build strength and protect your future.
