Its the year of the Fire Horse 🐎 🔥  and I'm sure you've seen many meanings floating around but what's important is what it truly means for you.

For myself, horses symbolize freedom, authentic embodiment, intentional movement and grace. As they are meant to live in supportive herds they are a symbol of community and resourcefulness. 

As I step into this year I'm honoured to have these magical animals in my life as ascended teachers, mirroring what we feel and need to embody within ourselves. 

Horses are the best teachers, showing us what we need to see and honour within ourselves, we just need to be willing to take the time to listen.
