About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hostel Service Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries as needed
- Monitor the premises to ensure safety and security
- Report maintenance issues and support basic upkeep tasks
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
