Come have some fun with your little ones! This is not you traditional yoga class with children thrown in 😉 learn about breathing to support self regulation, be creative and use your imagination as we go through the poses, and end each class with affirmations and a creative activity 🌿

What to Expect:

This morning we enjoyed beautiful sun shine ☀️ streaming into the room during Family Yoga while exploring spring themed yoga poses 🧘🏻‍♀️Then we ended our class with our “yoga off the mat” activity - painting with flowers 💐 Join us on the first Sunday of every month!

Family Yoga starts again this Sunday for a 4 week session!
What does Family Yoga look like?
-Families will learn how to check in with their hearts (self -awareness and compassion) 💕
-Families will learn a different breathing technique each week (self-regulation ) 😌
-Families learn new yoga poses each week in fun and creative ways 🧘🏽‍♂️
-There’s lots of creativity, imagination, and fun! 🤩
-Each class ends with “yoga off the mat” which offers the children a creative opportunity that relates to the focus of each class. 🎨 ✍🏽
-Most importantly this an activity you can do as a family ❤️
