Best believe we jumped all over the opportunity of being a part of a charity event for The Children's Wish Foundation. Everyone at the NAC last night got to go home with some ShapeShifters savings. We also donated a bundle of sessions and a 12 week online program for the silent auction. Thanks for letting us be a part of this night!

Regrann from - .is.lifting taking 205 for a smooth triple.
Had working weight just a little heavier today but backed off about 5% to clean up. (Wait for the wnd😂😂)

Sherry Is well on her way to crushing strength plateaus and getting healthier! She has a powerlifting meet coming up soon, so we are well underway for her prep! She has already deadlifted over 300lbs and benched over 100lbs after overcoming upper body injurys! Big personal records on the way!

Good buddy of mine and I playing around with his squat. Shawn approached me 5 weeks back wanting to step up his game. He's following a 10 week program and I'm amazed at how much someone can turn things around in such a short period of time. Keep at it my man!
