Since 2014, this page has grown organically thanks to the support of my yoga students and clients. I’m truly grateful for this beautiful community.

Over the years, my practice has evolved. While I continue teaching yoga, I have also been working as a Manual Osteopath, and I now practice as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

Moving forward, this page will reflect the full scope of my work:

Yoga will remain the public home of this page, as it has been since the beginning, and I deeply appreciate our yoga community.
