I’m happy to share that Postural Integration sessions are now part of my practice.
These sessions blend mindful movement, osteopathic principles, and body awareness to help release tension patterns, improve alignment, and support overall well-being.

Practices like yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and tai chi do more than help us relax — studies show they might actually affect how our genes behave.
These practices are known to lower stress, improve mood, and boost overall well-being. But research also suggests they may create changes deep within our bodies, in the way certain genes connected to inflammation, immunity, and mental health are switched on or off.

Here are some key discoveries:
🧘 Women who practiced yoga had changes in genes linked to emotional stress — helping the body respond more calmly.

Flexible feet are the foundation of a pain-free, well-aligned body. When your feet move freely, it allows your ankles, knees, hips, and back to work properly too. But when your feet are stiff or tight, it can cause pain and tension throughout your whole body. Yoga helps by gently stretching and strengthening the feet, making you more aware of how you stand and move. Poses like Tree Pose are great for waking up the feet, improving balance, and building that strong, supportive connection with the ground. Good posture and healthy movement start from the ground up.

At we learn the art of yoga to easily practice it at home. Here are some tips to help you stablish your own yoga practice. See you on the mat!
Choose a Quiet, Open Area: Find a corner or room with plenty of space, where you won’t be disturbed. Natural light is a bonus, but a peaceful corner works too!
Gather Your Essentials: All you really need is a yoga mat, but consider adding blocks, straps, a bolster, or cushions for extra support. A blanket or soft rug can make the space more inviting.
Create a Calming Atmosphere: Add personal touches like candles, plants, or calming artwork. Set the mood with a gentle playlist or soothing scents from essential oils to make the space feel like your sanctuary.
Classes Thursdays 8:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. One-on-one class by appointment :)
