Classes are designed for all levels and focus on movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Whether you’re returning to your practice or just beginning, everyone is welcome.

Our specialized, low-ratio classes are designed to address these changes, supporting each participant’s posture, mobility, and overall well-being. Expecting mothers can safely participate alongside others, learning techniques to ease discomfort and move mindfully. 💛
