If you have ever taken time off from the gym, one of the best places to start back is working on mobility! Take the time to focus on moving slow, rolling out with foam roller and balls, and get those joints of your body moving.
✅ focus on joint to joint mobility. Move every joint in your body.
✅ don’t just stretch - mobilize - that means that you move your joints to their full range and strengthen throughout that range
✅ move slow - reintroduce/create a brain-body connection with your muscles and joints. Pay attention to HOW the joints move. Where is there stiffness/discomfort/restriction? Does one side of your body feel more restricted than the other? Pay attention and fix it.
