I am excited to share that I have officially published a children's book!

When I was younger, I enjoyed writing stories, though my parents often had to correct my numerous spelling and grammar mistakes. 🫣 My imagination was always filled with ideas for stories, even as they faded over the years.

Sometimes, all it takes is a spark of inspiration to reignite an old passion. After Arie passed away, the idea of sharing her story began to fill my thoughts and refused to fade. The kids often asked me about how I found Arie, what prompted me to adopt her, and what she was like as a puppy. In fact, Sawyer wrote a piece about my journey of adopting Arie for her class last year.

What started as a lingering idea has now become a published children's book. "Arie. The Stray Puppy" is now available on Amazon! If you know any kids who adore heartwarming stories, happily-ever-afters, and, of course, puppies, be sure to check it out!
