Our Girl Talk Fall 2025 journey has officially wrapped—and what a meaningful season it’s been. 💖 In our final session, we explored emotional boundaries, healthy conflict, and ways to communicate and repair friendships with care. 🗣️💬

We also reflected on everything we’ve learned together: emotional regulation, coping strategies, self-worth, and what makes relationships healthy and supportive. 🌸 To celebrate, each participant created a bracelet to symbolize their growth and the connections they’ve built. ✨

The feedback was incredibly heartwarming, with many wishing for more weeks—and we couldn’t be prouder of their courage, compassion, and resilience. 💪💫

Thank you to every girl who joined us. You made this program unforgettable. 💖

Last week, our group stepped into strength mode with a brand-new art project inspired by the shield metaphor. 🛡️✨ Participants designed their own “Friendship Shields” to explore:

💚 Values and qualities they welcome into their friendships
❤️ Behaviours they need protection from
🌸 Personal strengths that support healthy, supportive connections

We also continued building insight around red and green flags in friendships and explored beliefs that shape how we show up in relationships. 💬💡

The honesty, courage, and support shared in this session were truly powerful. Watching these girls identify what protects their peace—and what lifts them up—was such a meaningful reminder of their resilience and growth. 🌱💞

One final session to go, and we’re finishing this journey strong and grounded! 💪✨

🌟 Session 6 Highlights! 🌟
Our incredible group of young women and girls dove deep into the theme of self-worth, exploring how to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and shift toward more empowering, compassionate perspectives. 💭✨

This session was filled with strength-building, mindset shifts, and heartfelt support for one another. Watching the growth and confidence emerging in this group has been truly inspiring. With only two sessions left, we’re excited to keep this momentum going as we wrap up this transformative journey! 💪🌸

🌟 Unmasking our authentic selves! 🌟

This week in group therapy, we took a deep dive into who we are — exploring personal and social identities, self-esteem, and the choices that shape how we see ourselves. 💭💫

Our favorite part? A creative mask art project 🎭🎨 that let us express both our inner worlds and the sides we show to others. It was a powerful reminder that self-awareness and acceptance go hand in hand — and that growth often starts with understanding all parts of ourselves. 🌱💖

We’re so inspired by the courage and connection shared in this group — and can’t wait to keep growing together. 🙌✨

Last week we explored how we express ourselves through digital communication — texts, DMs, and even simple notes. 💌 We discussed how thinking glitches (common cognitive errors) can sometimes twist our messages and practiced gentle communication tools like soft start-ups and repair skills for navigating tough moments with care. 💬✨

Each step helps our participants grow more confident in expressing themselves and building healthy, lasting friendships. 🌱

Our group dove into how we express ourselves — from reading body language 👀 to setting healthy boundaries 💪 that protect our peace. We also practiced positive self-talk 💭 and coping tools 🧘‍♀️ to handle life’s ups and downs with confidence and care. 💛

Helping girls and young women build these communication and emotional skills is at the heart of what we do 💕 — strengthening resilience 🌿, friendships 🤝, and mental well-being along the way. 🌸

This week in our Girl Talk Group Therapy, we dove into emotional regulation, radical acceptance, and coping skills that actually work in real life 💪💖

Through calming guided meditation and a free-paint art activity, our amazing group of young women explored their emotions with courage and creativity. 🎨🧘‍♀️ Each session brings deeper connections, more self-awareness, and so much compassion — both for ourselves and each other.

🍂👏We had an amazing start to our Fall Session! We dove into emotions, social needs, and how emotional awareness helps us build stronger friendships and mental wellness. 💖

We also completed our consent forms and assessments — a key step to keeping our space safe, ethical, and evidence-based, so every activity supports real growth. ✨

With introspection, icebreakers, and lots of laughter, we built a caring space to learn, connect, and grow together. Can’t wait for what’s ahead! 🎉
