Dr. Tannille Moore

Dr. Tannille Moore I am passionate about delivering exceptional research based care to the families of Kanata North. I developed a keen interest in chiropractic very early on.

Areas of focus include headache and neck pain, jaw pain, paediatrics and pregnancy care. Dr. Tannille Moore was raised in the small town of Clinton in southwestern Ontario. When I was 10 years old my dad was involved in an accident causing two of his vertebra in his back to be crushed. Chiropractic was a significant part of this recovery and I saw the way chiropractic can change someone's life. Not just keeping someone healthy but helping people performing to their best levels and maintain this function at all ages. As a headache and jaw pain sufferer myself, I developed a keen interest in treating this areas and have saw a great deal of success using research based techniques. I understand the impact these conditions can have on ones lives and the limitations they may cause. I treat everyone from the littles babe to our most experienced individuals. I have done advance training in care for children and for during pregnancy. Dr. Moore is a registered chiropractor in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (www.cco.on.ca)

We hear you! But here's the good news: relief is just a few simple moves away! πŸ€°πŸ’« Ready to discover 3 quick and easy activities to soothe those achy muscles and keep you feeling fantastic?

1️⃣ Pelvic Tilts: Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Gently tilt your pelvis upward, flattening your lower back against the floor. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

2️⃣ Cat-Cow Stretch: Get on your hands and knees, aligning your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Inhale as you arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone (cow pose). Exhale as you round your spine, tucking your chin to your chest (cat pose). Flow between these two positions for 1-2 minutes.
