Water is the cheapest glow-up you’ll ever get.
YOU actually need:
Half your body weight (lbs) in ounces per day
👉 160 lbs = 80 oz/day
👉 180 lbs = 90 oz/day
More if you sweat, work out, or drink coffee/alcohol.
Fortunately, you don’t have to meet this need by drinking water alone.
Hydration also comes from:
• fruits & veggies
• herbal teas
• soups & broths
• electrolyte drinks
