LIVE CHAKRA READING SHOW – THURSDAY 7 PM EST
A tourism journalist recently came into Chakra Flow for a chakra reading and wrote this after her visit:
“I’m crying through this exercise, and feeling lighter already.” - Heidi Csernak
Heidi described how the reading revealed tension she was holding physically and emotionally, how certain crystals resonated instantly, and how she left feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident during the rest of her travels. (Read her post 💜)
Sometimes a chakra reading reveals things you already know deep down…
Sometimes it shows what you haven’t fully seen yet.
This Thursday during the live show, we’ll explore:
✨ chakra energy
✨ what blocked energy can feel like
✨ crystals that support emotional release
✨ live, personal chakra readings
Some of the most beautiful things Heidi wrote was:
“Thank you, Jess, for seeing through me. You looked past the facades and gave me the tools to shake off stress, let go of past transgressions, manifest brighter days, and find more laughter and love on my journeys.” - Heidi Csernak
And I am just so grateful that is her experience:
“Looking back at the weeks that followed our meeting, I apologized less, felt less anxiety, and spoke with more confidence.” - Heidi Csernak
If you’ve ever wondered what your own energy says… this show may speak directly to you.

See you on the show,
Jess Jupiter
It was just the two of us at Chakra Flow, and Jess Lallier (owner) asked if I was ready for my chakras to be read.
I had heard Jess’ story (see previous post), but all she knew about me was that I had come up from Kingston.
I told her that I worked in the tourism sector as a storyteller (writer) and photographer. Lastly, I was doing a snowmobile photoshoot in Cochrane, but added a few extra communities to make the most of my trip north.
I stood before Jess, hand by my sides, and she raised her hands, palms facing each other, feeling each chakra from my crown (the top of my head) to my root (spine).
Jess tells me I have soreness in my shoulders, a pain near my liver, and pain in my knees.
After the initial reading, Jess goes to get two Selenite stones (which promote cleansing energy and spiritual growth), hands them to me, and does another reading.
I’m feeling calmer, rubbing the thumb indents in the Selenite.
She tells me what I already knew, that I was holding onto past stress and traumas.
Jess guides me through a mental exercise to release tension and forgive people from my past, the latter of which is important for healing.
If we can’t forgive (you don’t have to like said person to forgive), we don’t let go of the emotional turmoil that surrounds past event(s).
We are, in effect, allowing ourselves to continue being victims of that pain rather than letting it go.
She instructed me to do this exercise with the Selenite in hand, and to allow my emotions to flow freely when I do. Cry it all out, forgive and cleanse my soul so I can move on.
(I’m crying through this exercise, and feeling lighter already.)
Jess reads me again, seeing that I have difficulty being confident in my abilities and that I’m too hard on myself. (Gosh, I’m tearing up writing this.)
She asks if I wear jewellery (I do) and what I prefer to wear: necklaces in Sterling Silver (and stainless steel), as they don’t cause a reaction with skin contact, and I love the look of them.
Jess took me to the jewellery around the back side of the Chakra displays, and selected two Citrine pendants.
Both were teardrop-shaped, one tumbled and polished, the other is faceted.
Out of the two styles, I chose the faceted Citrine.
These are the same gems that caught my eye when I wandered the shop while Jess was helping another customer.
We checked the chains Jess had in stock, but they were a bit too long for my liking, and the shorter ones were out of stock, so Jess found some string to hang the pendant from.
I put the necklace around my neck, and Jess does another reading of my energies.
She tells me I’ll feel tingling in my fingers and toes (which had started just moments before her words), and the tightness in my shoulders would feel looser (that was happening as she spoke too).
Jess asks me if I like the pendant, and I do like it, but for some reason, the teardrop gem was making me feel sad - and that’s usually my favourite shape of pendant to wear.
As we’re talking, my eyes land on an oval-shaped, faceted Citrine pendant on a countertop display, and I have a “that’s the one” feeling - it’s resonating with my energy.
Jess hung the pendant on a string for me to try.
Putting that oval-shaped gem around my neck felt right.
Jess was as thankful for my visit (as I was grateful for her insights and guidance).
She knew I was operating on a limited budget, but Jess wanted to carry the benefits of the Selenite and Citrine for the rest of my trip (and life).
So, with the purchase of the two Selenite thumbprint (worry) stones to use during my mental exercises to release the past, Jess gifted me the Citrine pendant.
Jess instructed me to use the Selenite to recharge the Citrine’s properties (enhancing joy, confidence, increasing creativity, and balancing my centre) when needed.
I have worn the pendant day and night (except in the shower to avoid wetting the cord).
We messaged each other later about our visit, and I told her why/when I was removing the pendant. Jess let me know I could wear it in the shower (and understood why I was taking it off).
“You can use the flowing water to cleanse [the citrine] from the energies it has picked up. Just imagine all the bad energy it picked up flowing down the drain, back to Mother Earth to be transmuted.”
Looking back at the weeks that followed our meeting, I didn’t apologize as much, treated errors as the teaching tools they are, and spoke with more confidence about the work I was doing in the north.
I felt less anxiety (about travelling solo), and feelings of homesickness were not as prevalent.
Having spent 30 days and 29 nights away from home, feeling centred and whole was new to me.
Thank you, Jess, for seeing (through) me. You looked past the facades and gave me the tools to shake off stress, let go of past transgressions, manifest brighter days, and find more laughter and love on my journeys.
I appreciate you so much, Jess.
I look forward to seeing you again, and to having you see me with more light shining from my crown to my core being.
