Thanks to the Town of Cobourg for making our grand opening such a beautiful day! We are incredibly grateful and thankful for the warm welcome and support we received. The community's enthusiasm truly made the event memorable. Also, a big thank you for the beautiful jade plant—it's a thoughtful and cherished gift that will always remind us of this special day!

In my classes, we delve into the chakra system to explore the deep connections between our physical and energetic selves. Through gentle movement, stretching, and meditation, we aim to connect with our bodies and quiet our minds, allowing us to release stagnant energy and welcome new, revitalizing energy.
