Beach magic finds 🐚
Costa Rica keeps giving me these little ocean talismans.
A hag stone found by the sea, long believed to carry protection, clear seeing, and ancient wisdom.

In folklore, you’d look through the hole to see beyond what’s obvious… beyond the surface of things.
Held this one up to the sun and felt a quiet reminder to trust what’s guiding me forward.

It felt like a soft nod from the ocean:
you’re exactly where you need to be.
Magic doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it glimmers quietly in your hands.

We begin with earthy, powerful Saidi belly dance led by Anna Lisa. Grounded movement. Coin belts. Cane work. Laughter. No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up in your body and allow yourself to move.

We pause for tea and connection, creating space to soften and land.

We close with Restorative Yoga Nidra, a sacred goddess rest where everything settles and you allow yourself to receive.

I collect fives for Costa Rica.🇨🇷 💴

Every year, I tuck away every five dollar bill that comes my way and save it for travel. No pressure. No strict plan. Just a quiet promise to myself.

It reminds me that travel doesn’t always come from big gestures. It comes from intention. From choosing to set something aside, even when it feels small.

Travel matters. Stepping away matters. There is something about leaving home that opens you in ways staying put never can. You see yourself differently. You breathe differently. You soften and expand at the same time.
