Spring invites us to soften… and begin again ✨

As we move out of winter, it’s a natural time to release what feels heavy and make space for something new.

We’re so excited about this beautiful, collaborative afternoon at the lake with our first offering for May:

Clean Candle Making Workshop with Breath 🌿🔥🌬️
with and of

Together, we’ll:
• Learn about cleaner candles for home and health
• Craft your own custom candle using beeswax & essential oils
• Choose a blend for calming or seasonal support
• Enjoy a gentle, guided breathwork meditation near the water

We’ll close with a simple moment of intention to
let go of what we no longer wish to carry
and breathe in what we’re ready to welcome this season.

This workshop is part education, part ritual, part creative play.

A warm thank you to everyone who joined us for our Sunset Restorative Gong Yoga experience last month.

An evening of deep release, gentle, supported postures paired with powerful gong frequencies designed to calm and reset the nervous system.

A heartfelt thank you to Yoga with Nicole Nicole Perron + Donna Yoga for holding such a beautiful and grounding experience 🌿✨

This month of April we continue to host sound bath healing with Donna and restorative gong frequency sessions on WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 6:00ppm to 7:30pm.

Located in the Tall Pines Marina before we take our sessions outdoors next month.
