About Us
Lindsay Savitskoff is a Registered Psychologist providing comprehensive therapy services to adolescents, adults, and couples. She holds a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Lindsay has worked and trained in a variety of settings across British Columbia and Alberta including residential treatment programs, outpatient clinics, and in private practice. She is passionate about working with people effected by the negative impacts of anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, trauma, relational difficulties, and grief and loss.
Lindsay appreciates that every person’s situation is unique and that the most effective results are achieved by tailoring treatment to meet individual needs and preferences. She has adopted an integrated therapeutic approach that includes cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and solution-focused models. She also incorporates mindfulness-based interventions which have proven to reduce stress and improve overall health and well-being.
Lindsay strives to create a safe and supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and advocacy. With gentleness and humour, she guides clients to find their own insights while providing tools and techniques that clients can use on their own.
