The part they don’t tell you about healing events...you might still feel isolated & lonely after.

So many of us desire deeper IRL connections.

You have great intentions to call in more of these as you head to an event.

You show up.

The space feels welcoming however everyone is only speaking to who they know or waiting quietly for the event to start or avoiding making eye contact with anyone.

You have a lovely experience.

If you’re doing all the ‘right’ things then why does abundance still feel like a fight?

✅You’re putting on guided meditations, not as often as you'd like, but it still is a win.
✅You've been reflecting about how your childhood is influencing your now.
✅You're regulating your nervous system when feeling activated.
✅You’re diving into reframing your thoughts patterns into positive, loving, self-compassionate shifts.
✅You’re learning to let go & surrender.

Yet, you low-key are feeling frustrated as similar fears of 'not good enough' & anxiously ruminating about what your future holds keep looping back into your nervous system & body.

You feel it in your body when you aren't distracting yourself..a push-pull between wanting to fully trust your feminine flow & feeling like you still need a backup plan..waiting for the "shoe to drop".

You don’t need to become a monk & dissolve your ego or keep reframing your thoughts.

Heading to Earth Daughters Festival today!!!!!🥳🤩

I had my first in-person experience last year at a women's festival for She is Wild & it was so transformational.

I've carried sister wounding throughout my journey.

Being surrounded by sisters, truly connecting, sharing our raw truths, healing together & celebrating our divine feminine essence was medicine for my soul.

For years, I was always the friend who lovingly introduced new sisters to each other, only to watch them form deeper bonds while I was left wondering...when would my turn come?

When would I receive a soul sister who genuinely wanted to invest her energy into deepening our connection?

I learned to honor my worth, knowing that if I was the only one reaching out, the only one making effort, then the energy wasn't aligned.

This painful cycle repeated for years.

I cried many tears about this isolation, this strong desire.

Now I innerstand this part of why I am here.

I've cleared the attachments to taking it personally & transformed the pain into purpose.

I want to honor a few radiant soul sisters who have entered my life recently & held space for me even across distance.

The call came months ago & I’ve been listening in human pace.😅

The call is to way-show what it looks like to offer sound medicine as an artist, not a healer.

For a long time now, I haven’t identified with being a healer.

Even though some may still see me as that.

You may have noticed a shift in how I speak about my sound baths.

You may have felt the deeper transformation, guidance & intention woven into my sound offerings.

That’s only half of it.

The other half is merging sound medicine into musical performances.

Because why do we gotta be all like...

“Sound baths are only for healing, expansion, & connecting to my higher self... while laying down in shavasana in my blanket yoga mat cocoon?!”

Yes, that is absolutely still the vibe for some of my offers.

But also..I’m here to stir sh*t up.

So on Friday, June 27th, I’m offering something different.

On the breathtaking lavender platform at Predator Ridge where we’ll be surrounded by lavender fields, mountain air & lake views.

This is where I’ll be offering a live musical performance.

Using my sound medicine instruments.

Sharing songs I’ve channeled.

You are not required to lay down & close your eyes.

But you can.

You’re welcome to sit.
