An exciting in-person gathering is coming to Kelowna!

Join Andrew Mundy on Thursday, October 23rd, at 7:30 PM at Wild Nova ( #203–1789 Harvey Ave) for an evening of Meditation, Qigong, and Community Connection.

He’ll begin with a short grounding practice to settle in, followed by brief introductions and an opportunity for each person to share their intention for the evening.

From there, He’ll guide you through a powerful meditation known as the Inner Smile, a transformative Taoist practice that helps you reconnect with your body, open your heart, and cultivate radiant inner energy.

This is an especially nourishing practice as we transition from summer into fall.

A time to restore warmth, balance, and vitality within.

After the meditation, we’ll take a short break to allow for integration, followed by a sharing circle where you can reflect on your experience and receive support or insight around any areas of life you’d like to create change in.

This evening will be a powerful opportunity to connect with yourself and others.

Andrew Mundy is a certified coach and mentor who helps clients uncover their natural strengths, clarify blind spots, and embody deeper leadership in life and work.
