Tuesday Classes are at Jack Robertson Park in Old Glenmore.
Saturday Classes are at Kinsmen Park in the Mission.

Note: there are NO classes on Saturday 6th & 27th, sorry!

Great news!! The bootcamp classes are starting this Saturday, April 19th 💪🏽

Every
- Wednesday at 6:45pm at Jack Robertson Park (old Glenmore)
- Saturday at 8:30am at Kinsmen Park (Mission)

It’s $15 per class or $150 for 11 classes. Sign up is necessary!

I am wishing everyone a wonderful 2025, with lots of new adventures, happy moments, lots of laughter and, of course, loooots of strength gain!
2024 has been super busy and a little chaotic for me, but I’m grateful for every single one of you! Every 1 on 1 client, the wonderful people in the classes I teach at the Activity Centre for seniors in Rutland or the bootcamp classes in the summer… you are the reason I love my job! And I can’t wait to see what 2025 has on offer for you and for me. Bring it on 💪🏽

Summer has come to an end and so have the outdoor classes unfortunately…
The LAST Bootcamp Class will be on Saturday, October 12th.
So as long as weather plays along they’ll run on
- Wednesdays at 6:30pm (at Jack Robertson Park) and on
- Saturdays at 8:30am (at Kinsmen Park) until then.

So get your workout in while you still can 💪🏽

I went to the Foam Fest last weekend in Kamloops. It’s a great event for your first “run” or just to have some fun with friends and / or family, so many kids there enjoying the foam and mud!
I wasn’t too impressed by all the mud as you can see by my facial expression in the last picture 😂
