All are welcome to this nourishing class designed for every body—no matter your shape, size, or experience level. Yin Yoga is not a workout; it’s a work-in.
In this gentle, functional practice, we rest into stillness and hold postures for longer periods, inviting the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the mind to quiet. As tension melts away, the deeper layers of connective tissue are released, enhancing mobility, flexibility, and energetic balance.

Come as you are, bring your mat (or borrow one), and give yourself permission to simply be.
