Most goalies train their body.

We train the visual system and the brain behind it. 🥅⚡️
As the Kelowna Rockets goalies gear up for the Memorial Cup, we’ve continued pushing visual processing, reaction timing, tracking, and composure under pressure through tools like yoked prisms and strobe glasses.
Yoked prism training shifts the visual field, forcing the brain and body to adapt in real time — improving balance, spatial awareness, edge control, positioning, and movement efficiency in the crease.
Strobe glasses interrupt visual input for fractions of a second, challenging the brain to process information faster, track movement more efficiently, and anticipate plays earlier in chaotic game situations.
At the highest level, the difference is often how quickly and calmly an athlete can process information under pressure.
Train the eyes.
Train the brain.
Trust the vision. 👊
Best of luck to the boys getting ready for the Memorial Cup. Excited to watch them compete on the biggest stage. 🏒🥅
