Day 3️⃣0️⃣ of 3️⃣0️⃣ days of Yoga!
BOOM 💥
Here's what I learned in 30 days:
1. It's not just for skinny, bendy people. It's for everyone.
2. It's as much about your inner space as it is your outer space. It's meditative and challenging. It's provoking and calming.
3. It's better with friends, especially if they serve you coffee afterward. ☕️
4. It shows you things about yourself you don't want to see or know, but you're better off for it.
5. It's a SLOW process with barely visible results. The work shows up most in your heart and mind. And, if you're lucky, you notice you're a smidge more bendy than you were a month ago.
6. It requires/demands consistency.
So, where do I go from here? Well, my plan is to continue with in-person yoga classes twice a week. This is the most I'm ready to commit to long-term because there's more/other things I'd like to explore.
