Hello Friends!

I have changed clinics! After two years away, I am so excited to be back practicing massage therapy (and will also be teaching pilates soon!) at NeuMovement Pilates & Physiotherapy. I am accepting new clients, so if you or someone you know would benefit from massage you can book online or contact our front desk.

NEU Movement Pilates equipment classes give all the benefits of whole body strength and toning. Each class layers in Physiotherapy cues and fascia activation to get the most beneficial workout. There are a variety of different classes to choose from, we welcome everyone to join us!
