March .rehab postpartum rehab group starts NEXT WEEK!

āœØVirtual postpartum rehab class that runs 2x/ week: Tuesday and Thursdays 10-11am March 7th-30th

āœØTo be billed through extended benefits need to have had a postpartum assessment by an AltaVie chiropractor (doesnā€™t have to be me šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø .devinwelch)!

āœØRecording is provided after the class to all participants! If babe needed some attention during class you can go back and see what you missed :)

āœØMy favourite thing about this series is that ALL the exercises can be modified to your level! 6W postpartum? Or 1 year? I got a deadbug exercise for you!!

Itā€™s not the first time Iā€™ve heard it and it wonā€™t be the last!

I just found it funny coming from a dentist when I could argue theyā€™re a more feared profession than mine. I donā€™t have needles, drills or sharp pokey tools!

What did I tell my dentist? āœØ
There are lots of chiropractors out there that practice in very different ways. The key is finding one that specializes in your specific needs or meshes well with you. That there are lots of different techniques we can use, itā€™s not all cracking and communicating what makes you nervous is the best way to find the best treatment plan for you.
