I went for a beautiful High Tea yesterday in memory of my aunt who passed last year in February.

We were blessed with an experience to share her last High Tea with her on Valentine's Day. We were all dressed in our best and spent the after sipping, eating and laughing. An experience I will cherish forever. That experience and moment changed how I went through this last year.

As we left our high tea yesterday we got back to the car and found this beautiful message!
* Side note there was not a single leaf anywhere else around us, just this singular heart *

Thank you to my Aunt for providing this beautiful message, we love you and miss you everyday. We think of you often and send you love and kisses. We will forever love you.

Take a moment to breath in that beautiful crispy air, and soak in all that natural Vitamin D. It will give you the boost you need during the cloudy days.

I find January and February to be the longer months of the year for me. With the lack of sunny days it starts to take a toll on my mental health, so when the sun is shining take advantage of the natural healing abilities.

I have seen this number a lot this week, so I thought I would share for those it resonates with.

It is very true for me, in order to do what I do, Intuitive Healer, I need to have full self-trust with myself. I need fully trust the process and trust my gifts, so I can provide the purest of messages to my clients.

This was a reminder to stay the path, and not get distracted with other things around me.

I've found numbers are the way my Spirit Guides communicate to me.
So I'm constantly looking up numbers. I came across this site that broke down your birth number by the date of your birth to find out what you were gifted with. It was pretty cool, so I thought I'd share it.

Takes two seconds and I found it to be pretty accurate with a few things. I then found myself checking all my families numbers! I was surprised how accurate some of the information is.
