Hello dear friends,
I am wondering how you are doing with regard to your health and fitness at present- are you worried about the future? Unsatisfied with the way you continue to show up in your life? These past 2-3 years have presented some enormous challenges for me personally. On countless occasions I have doubted my ability to meet the demands of life and continue moving forward. I often view my being here today as a miracle of sorts, having survived all that life has thrown at me thus far.
I credit, in addition to family, friends, and mentors, a strongly rooted health and fitness regimen for anchoring me to sanity amidst times in which I fear I may lose my mind. Regularly training my body with physical challenge and fuelling it with high quality nutrition has been an anchor in my life…. an ever-present foothold to steady myself with. EVERY SINGLE time I workout or make the extra effort to lovingly prepare myself a nutritious and delicious meal, I am reminded just how indispensable these life-affirming rituals are.
It is my ultimate aim to help lead people into a deeper, more whole experience of themselves by using fitness as a vehicle to break new ground in their lives…to reach heights they thought previously unattainable.
