3 things I’ve learned from Years of training.
1. Food comes first. No matter if you’re building muscle or losing fat your diet will predict the time, effort, and health of your end goal.
2. Stop chasing perfection. When it comes to training there isn’t a perfect approach so find what works for you and get 1% better everyday.
3. Never stop learning. NEVER think you have the best form, techniques, or routines. There can always be improvement somewhere. Keep an open mind and try new things.
My fitness journey has been full of ups and downs but 1 thing I can say is I’ve never stop trying..
Consistency is key so remember your WHY and kill it every single day!
