We went on an adventure.

You all know our family has been using Essential Oils for the past 10yrs…It’s just a part of our life.

Since the 1990s, Young Living has owned their farms. They not only have complete control over the land the water and the testing but also so that people can visit the farms and participate in the entire process. They are so much more than organic, they are regenerative, sustainable, innovative and are a beyond generous family owned company.

This past week Demetri and I organized a trip to Naples and St.Maries Idaho this to participate in a spring planting experience at two of the Young Living owned and active farms.

We spent time with the workers and explored the farms. We also took time for us, using red light, PEMF mats and bathing in essential oil infused hot tubs (lavender, blue spruce, balsam fir, and Melissa essential oils).

It was a pretty epic soul filled week with some pretty awesome people✨Grateful beyond words

Officially welcoming Shelley RN to ReNEWell

Shelley has 17 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse. She has experience in various acute care settings as well as Primary care Nursing in an Obs/Gyne and Family medical clinic and 3 years with Foot Care!

She is passionate about helping her clients achieve a higher level of health and wellness. She believes Foot Care creates an opportunity to gain a deep level of understanding of the clients current health needs. As well as the space to counsel, educate and empower. She is enthusiastic about building these relationship and combining her knowledge of conventional medicine with natural health practices.

We are really excited to be able to offer this service Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays weekly at the clinic and feel Shelley is a perfect fit with our vision and team.

If you have multiple medical challenges, poor circulation, diabetes, compromised mobility, or known foot issues you would be a great candidate to have a professional assess and help improve your feet! Strong feet are essential!

Oils in the workplace🙌
When you are using aromatherapy to its potential, and using HIGH quality essential oils, you oil for a PURPOSE not a smell.
I look at businesses that don’t use essential oils leaving SO much on the table!!
Increase productivity
Increase focus
Decrease sick time
Increase staff moral
Increase motivation
Decreased feelings of overwhelm

Scent sensitivity is a CHEMICAL scent sensitivity NOT a natural scent.

If you use scented products, like air fresheners, candles, or poor quality essential oils in the workplace you are wiring peoples nervous systems leading to the complete opposite effects than listed above.

My hearts been pretty heavy lately. I have a dear friend in great need🙏🏻 she is a friend a mom a new grandma.

Friends come into your life for so many reasons and I know Lisa was one. She’s has always been one of the most driven people I know….bringing meals to friends, giving out Timmy’s cards to the homeless, and dropping everything to come help you.

But she has gone through SO much lately…She doesn’t want to fight anymore….she wants to HEAL🤍 and this place is sooooo full of hope.

She is a single mom that really needs our help and prayers. See link in bio above to send prayers or financial help!

Habits….
I’ve realized I love ticking boxes and find I’m more motivated to fit things in if I have a goal list.
Change doesn’t happen over night, it happens when you take consistent action on small steps.
My bank account is also thanking me!

Building a foundation of a new biz takes endless hours of time for creativity to build its foundation. I’ve worked from home for 6yrs and while that was so awesome, the last little bit I was CRAVING human interaction! Its funny, I’ve dreamt of working in a shared working space for the past year…..and THIS space is almost exactly what I envisioned.

Shering Spaces….the cutest place with little offices for people to work but then an open area for us to share morning coffee pot and afternoon teas!

Grateful for all our new connections and friends and looking forward to 2023🥂Let the doors continue to swing open all year long!
