Kids & Family Yoga
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 12 years and it has helped me overcome various ailments from sports injuries and car accidents. I completed my 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training in Nicaragua with Mocean Yoga in 2017 and my 100 Hr Training with Ramaswami in 2019. I have been working with and teaching Kids and Family Yoga for a number of years, and I believe that Yoga and Meditation have an important role in the emotional and physical development of kids, and also in their relationships with their families and in their school environments. Yoga and Meditation give Kids the tools to help reduce stress by fostering an atmosphere of peace and focused attention. My classes are fun, musical adventures that emphasize breath and movement along with storytelling and games. Children and their families leave with a deep nurturing of their body and mind. xx
