I’d like to take a moment and share a little about myself and my story. Before starting my inner work on myself I thought I was empowered and loving and easy to be in a relationship with, but I always found myself alone, angry and that no one in my life felt the same way about me. I just couldn’t understand why others in my life felt I was too much, I helped when so
meone needed it, I did the hard work when others couldn’t, I felt I listened to my friends when they needed me to, I gave and gave to my intimate relationships etc ….. But what I couldn’t see was I was a bully! Yes I helped everyone… but only if it benefitted me, and yes I was the one who put her head down and got the job done but only if I did it my way and had control of the out come, or I thought I was being the ear or shoulder for my friends to open up to, but really I just wanted them to do it my way! It took losing some really loving people in my life, along with some hard support from a family member, for me to look deep and see that I had a big hand in how my results kept following the same pattern of being alone and disconnected! I Started my personal growth transformation with the Breath integration method over 28 years ago. Through this inner work with myself I was able to tap into some old core beliefs and identify my wants and needs and let go of old behaviors that just created disconnect and disease in my life, I was able to change my results that no longer served me. Working with a breath practitioner regularly, using the integrated breath method along with the universal principles has allowed me to learn to bring balance back to my life and not live in such anger and emotional extremes! I now know and believe that, I am capable and worthy of being loved and loving those in my life. Breathing is a valuable tool that we all have in common, our flow of breath is our life. By opening our breath in this way, we get in touch with our thoughts, feelings and intentions. This life changing method allows our hearts and minds to come together to bring us more balance so that we have a better direction mindfully and emotionally. Breath integration is a long-used technique, and using the connected breath method permits us to feel our feelings very quickly, allowing us to move through our blocks and barriers, creating more ease in our lives which gives us more room to discover how to have a better understanding of ourselves and our intentions. Breath integration is a repetitive circle, or conscious connected breathing method, that allows self examination through our subconscious. Breathing in this way brings the opportunity to see how our past experiences have shaped our lives and core beliefs. As we use this breath integration technique, our subconscious awareness level increases, allowing us to have choice in how we want to react to others and situations in our lives, instead of how we’ve reacted or behaved in the past, so that moving forward, we can create more loving and joyful connections throughout our present lives. At times when we're constantly operating from our minds, we can tend to over think things, fixate and find anxiety or stress on a subject or matter we're dealing with, or when we're in our hearts all the time we can tend to be overwhelmed with emotions causing us to be over emotional, irrational and overreact to the simplest things. Bringing these two in balance with one another can help us have more peace, clarity and joy in or lives. Along with the breathwork, I work with 4 universal Principles that assists clients with a set of learned tool that they can use in their everyday situations to assist them and their connections with others
