Before deciding to move permanently from England to Kelowna I spent 6 years chasing winters between Canada and New Zealand teaching skiing and snowboarding. During this time I suffered various injuries and truly discovered the many benefits of massage therapy (along with the frustrations involved with rehabilitation periods!). In my practice I strive to help my patients overcome their own physical
set backs however they may present. I have experience treating a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, sporting injuries, postural dysfunction and symptoms of stress. Where possible I aim to identify and treat the cause of my patients concerns and in order to do this I will always carry out a full assessment and implement a personally tailored treatment plan. I like to engage my patients so don't be surprised to receive a little homecare advice to help you along your way! Don't worry though, this will usually be a simple stretch or gentle strengthening exercise to help you achieve your goals faster and help prevent symptoms reoccurring. :)
